| So, as you may have noticed, I haven't updated in a while, ebcause I
don't really like xanga, it reminds me of high school, and also,
everyone who reads this hears all my "news" anyway. So....in a likely
final update, here's a recap of the past few weeks:
-lots and lots of work
-4th of july canvassing!
-fireworks on the river were saweeeeet
-thursday was one of the best days of my life
-im 100% in love with my boyfriend
-moreeeeeeee working
-i love playing cards, hanging out with the boys
-friday night was good for talking with benjamin;)
-this morning was super awesome
-i am working 13 hours tomorrow. awesome.
and in the week ahead:
-working 3 jobs
-traffic court
-croquet?
-PREVIEW ON FRIDAY
-camping with the fam and ben on sat/sun

| With a boyfriend out of town and everyone else out drinking at grad.
parties or at the band concert, I decided to finaly make a senior
scrapbook. Whew! I now know why I don't often scrapbook...it takes a
goddamn long time! I'm glad I did it though...except, there are only
about 4 pages left for graduation pictures, and my grad party in NY,
the Honors Assembly, Baccalaurate, and Graduation are not in it yet.
Oops. Oh well...I'll figure something out.
In other news...today we had a THIMUN reunion, then I went to Emily's
grad. party (fun times!), and then Sarah B. and I went to a Tim Kaine
rally at his office on Broad St. It was so much fun! I got to meet him
and also Craigh Deeds, the Democratic canidate for Attorney General.
Also, I got some bumper stickers and cool signs, and signed up to
voluenteer at the office this summer. Awesome!
Tomorrow is Baccalaurate at 2pm...I'm excited, but more than that, I'm
really looking foward to graduation week being over. I feel like after
the awards ceremony, nothing else really matters. Graduation seems like
a big hassle more than anything...I've got my credits, can I skip the
"walking-across-the-stage" deal? Thanks. :) I am really looking foward
to BEACH WEEK, and hanging out with friends, playing board games,
walking on the beach, playing frizbee, spending time with Ben, and
enjoying the ocean air :) Only a week to go, wahhoooooo.
Man, I am a nerd.

| Right, I have an on-line journal. But with the weather being so nice,
and not having to attend class, I just can't find time to update. So,
here's a recap.
It's exam week, and since I have aready taken my one exam, I am DONE
with high school. Exciting. :) About a week until graduation...I have a
few days of work, some assemblies, and a few other things thrown in the
mix of stuff to do, but basically, I have two weeks of relaxation until
beach week. Awesomeness.
Other than that exciting news, life is pretty much ho-hum; not bad, at
all, though! I've spent some good time with Ben, I've seen the THIMUN
crew a bunch, and I've generally just been hangin' out.
And sleeping. Becuse sleeping is way fun.
And, in the spirit of updating, here's a survey, taken from the lovely Ms. Ali Wood!
1. Do you ever pull clothes out of the hamper and wear them? heck yes. I did that this morning.
2. What's the longest you've gone without a shower (not counting at summer camp)?
prolly two days....but at summer camp? oh, easily five days. i men, as
long as there is swimming involved, showering is unecessary, because as
soon as I get all clean, I get sweaty and dirty all over again. mmmmmm
summer camp!!
3. Ever eaten a bug? yeah, actually, both
accidentally and on purpose. I mean, they're not technically "meat," and a great source of protein, right?
4. What color underwear are you wearing? navy.
5. What was the last body part you cracked? random.
my toes. I do it all the time, and I just got back from buying shoes
(which I HATE to do) so as I was slipping on different pairs, there was
some serious crackage going on. and not the drug kind.
6. The weirdest place you've ever been? hmm, this
is an interesting question. the wierdest looking place ive ever been is
the resturant Ben and I ate at last night: greek decor coupled with
christmas trees and dnacing santas (and its june) but wierdest place?
i'm not really sure. i dont think the hookah bar was wierd...i liked it.
7. The weirdest word you've ever said instead of a swear word? shista!
8. The strangest tattoo you've ever given someone? I don't roll with the "prison tattoo" crowd, or at least not when they're tattooing.
9. The worst movie you've ever seen? Sorry,
70-80s teen generation, but Fast Times at Ridgemont High was
pretty awful. So was CAMP. God, that movie sucked. And The Rookie.
10. Least favorite thing about guys? Sometimes they
don't say what they feel, and I'm big into honesty. But thats only rare
in a one-on-one situation; guys are great for honesty in group
settings, so 10 points for not being retarted and caddy like girls.

12. Stupidest thing a guy has done in your presence? Well, this one time, Bryant spoke....haha just kidding, man.
13. If you HAD to look like a celebrity, who would you choose? Julia Stiles
